Holidays

Brand → Holidays chooses the holidays and observance days the brand can post about. They appear on the calendar, in Create with AI (Post for a holiday) and in Mage Planner, which only uses one where it genuinely fits the brand. The Owner and Administrators can change these settings.

  • Countries. Where the brand's customers are. Hold Ctrl (⌘ on a Mac) to choose more than one. After saving, the countries' regions (states, provinces) appear; regional holidays are used only for the regions you tick, and national ones always.
  • Kinds of holiday. Public holidays, Bank holidays, Observances, Optional holidays, School holidays and Government office closures.
  • Observance days. The brand's own days, one per line. Start with MM-DD for every year or YYYY-MM-DD for once, then the name, and add "— a note" if useful. For example 03-31 World Backup Day — remind clients to back up.
  • Holidays to ignore. One name per line.
