Notifications

Notifications appear inside Mage Engage. Owners and Administrators open them from Notifications in the Admin group; everyone else uses the bell next to their name. The unread count shows on both.

You are notified when:

• a post needs your approval, or a post you submitted is approved or sent back,
• a post fails to publish,
• AI posts or a campaign plan you started with Mage AI are ready for review, written, or did not finish,
• AI Credits are running low,
• a LinkedIn, X or Bluesky connection needs reconnecting,
• X posts need more Mage X Post Tokens,
• links in a post could not be shortened.

Click a notification to open what it is about. Mark all as read clears the count. These notifications are shown only inside Mage Engage; none are emailed. The only emails Mage Engage sends are about your login: an invitation or "you have been added" message with a link to set your password, and password resets.

Activity

Activity (Admin group) lists significant actions on the active brand: edits, approvals, schedule changes and publishing results, with who did them and when. Edits list which fields changed, not their contents. Each post's page has the same history for that post.
